TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Please send us the brief and you have to be specific about your idea!
• The order is sorted by queue, the rough sketch will be send around 2-4 days after purchasing the package.
• Purchasing basic package means you’re purchasing a service for making one rough sketch
• We do not accepting request to make every object in separated layer
• Our artwork layer usually separated by base color, shading, highlight, background, text.
• We're not accepting revision request if the total revision is more than 6x
• If you already use all the revision stock (3x revisions), you have to purchase 'additional revision' package to make a change
• We do not accepting any reason of cancelation at coloring / final step!
