Welcome to Fliam!


These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fliam platform, including the website, mobile applications, and any services provided by Fliam (collectively referred to as the "Platform") at HOSE Building, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Vietnam. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.



1. Account Creation and Eligibility

1.1. To use the Fliam platform as a buyer, you must create an account and meet the eligibility requirements. You must provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process.

1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring that unauthorized access does not occur.


2. Service Orders

2.1. When purchasing services on Fliam, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set by the seller. This includes providing necessary information and materials, responding to seller inquiries, and making timely payments.

2.2. You acknowledge that sellers have the right to decline or cancel an order if it violates Fliams policies or if they are unable to fulfill the requested service.


3. Payment and Fees

3.1. You will be charged for the services purchased on Fliam. Payment methods and fees will be clearly communicated to you before you proceed with the purchase. Any additional taxes or charges may also apply, as per the applicable laws.

3.2. Fliam may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and you agree to their terms and conditions.


4. Communication with Sellers

4.1. You are encouraged to communicate with sellers through the Fliam platform for clarity and smooth transaction processes. Any form of communication that violates Fliams policies or facilitates fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

4.2. You should maintain professional and respectful communication with sellers, refraining from harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behavior.


5. Disputes and Refunds

5.1. In the event of any disputes with a seller, you must first attempt to resolve the issue with the seller directly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you can contact Fliams customer support for assistance.

5.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with Fliams refund policy. You may be required to provide evidence or documentation to support your refund request.



6. Gig Creation and Compliance

6.1. As a seller on Fliam, you are responsible for creating and managing your gigs accurately and honestly. You must comply with Fliams guidelines and policies, ensuring that your gig descriptions, pricing, and delivery timelines are accurate and transparent.

6.2. You should clearly state the scope of your services, any additional charges or requirements, and any limitations or restrictions.


7. Service Delivery

7.1. You must deliver the services to buyers as described in your gig. It is essential to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with buyers throughout the process. Late deliveries or failure to deliver may result in penalties or account suspension.

7.2. You should provide regular updates to buyers regarding the progress of their orders and respond promptly to their inquiries or requests for revisions.


8. Order Cancellations and Revisions

8.1. As a seller, you must handle order cancellations and revisions according to Fliams policies. While cancellations and revisions should be kept to a minimum, you should aim to resolve any issues with buyers promptly and professionally.

8.2. You should clearly communicate any limitations or conditions for order cancellations or revisions in your gig description.


9. Intellectual Property and Ownership

9.1. You retain the ownership of your work, including intellectual property rights, unless explicitly stated otherwise in your gig description. Buyers are granted a limited license to use the delivered work for personal or commercial purposes, as specified in your gig.

9.2. You should respect the intellectual property rights of others and ensure that your services do not infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.



10. User Conduct

10.1. As a user of the Fliam platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and conduct yourself in a lawful and ethical manner.

10.2. You must not engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive activities, including but not limited to providing false information, engaging in identity theft, or manipulating reviews or ratings.

10.3. You are prohibited from engaging in any activities that may disrupt or interfere with the proper functioning of the Fliam platform, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or transmitting any malicious software or code.


11. Feedback and Reviews

11.1. Users are encouraged to provide honest and accurate feedback and reviews based on their experiences with sellers or buyers. Feedback should be constructive and comply with Fliams guidelines.

11.2. You must not manipulate or falsify feedback or reviews, engage in review extortion, or offer incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

11.3. Fliam reserves the right to moderate and remove feedback or reviews that violate its policies or are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.


12. Termination and Account Suspension

12.1. Fliam reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of violation of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with Fliams policies.

12.2. In the event of account termination or suspension, you may lose access to your account and any associated data or funds. Fliam will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account termination or suspension.


These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Fliam and its users. By using the Fliam platform, you agree to comply with these terms and any additional guidelines or policies provided by Fliam. Failure to comply with these terms may result in penalties, account suspension, or legal action.
