FAQ

Are you a certified teacher?

No, but I've homeschooled my own children for eight years. I've also been working with kids on a professional basis since 2009; I worked in a mental health setting for school-aged kids, I've been a children's ministry director and volunteer, and I ran a home-based childcare business for nine years.

Can you give me legal advice about my homeschool?

No. I'm not qualified to give any type of legal advice, but I can answer general questions about state regulations, school district requirements, and other general compliance stuff.

Do you work with religious or secular homeschool families?

I work with everyone, without judgment. While religion might play a part in curriculum choice and other specific decisions, I believe spirituality is really just a PART of what we're doing here.
