How does it work? | One Time Support
For smaller projects, after ordering you'll have the option to schedule a call or send your questions directly in messages. If you ask in messages, I'll answer questions with either screen share videos or text depending on the question.
How does it work? | Event Management
In the initial call, I'll go through my new client questionnaire with you to learn more about your event, define what services you need from me, give recommendations, and answer questions. After the call, I'll create a custom task list and we'll get started on your event!
What are the details of the Event Day Management gig?
Just a couple things: 1) Message before purchasing to ensure availability. 2) We'll need to meet to review the event before the event day; these are the 'training hours'. 3) This includes answering attendee & speaker questions, technical support, and light moderation.

Yes. In this case, an hour video/screen-sharing call would likely work best to ensure your speakers, schedules, and settings are set up for your event.
