FAQ

When can I expect my delivery?

Your website will be delivered on your due date and not a moment later if you've given me all of the information I need to begin (login, content, etc). The revision process usually takes 2-3 days per revision after your website is delivered and reviewed.

Do your themes come with purchase codes?

Licenses and renewal licenses for themes & plugins that I don't offer don't come with my gigs with the exception of Elementor Pro. If your site design requires Elementor Pro, then this is added to your gig at no cost under my Agency license. You will not receive your own personal license for this.

What if there is something missing from my order that I originally requested?

Please contact me within 10 days of delivery of your website. If there is any error on my part, I will try to resolve this ASAP. However, I cannot accept responsibility for any website problems months or years later after other work has been done to the site.

Do you do any custom website work in HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.?

Yes, I do! But this is beyond the scope of these packages. I encourage (and welcome!) you to reach out to me to discuss a custom package to accommodate your request!
