Is my website's domain name or hosting included?
Every package includes 3 free months of website hosting. You must purchase your own domain name, however. I am an affiliate to a large number of providers, so I can get you a discount if you inquire with me ahead of purchasing!
What kind of support can I expect after the delivery of my website?
For one week you are more than welcome to ask me any questions and I will find a solution for you. Extended support is available in a 3-month package, please inquire with me directly.
Do you do any custom website or plugin work in HTML, CSS, PHP, etc.?
Yes, I do! But this is beyond the scope of these packages. I encourage (and welcome!) you to reach out to me to discuss a custom package to accommodate your request!
When can I expect my delivery?
Your website will be delivered on your due date and not a moment later if you've given me all of the information I need to begin (login, content, etc). The revision process usually takes 2-3 days per revision request after your website is delivered and reviewed.
