One page guide will include only the basic guide like logo usage, typography, and color palette, but the full guide will include much more like typography use, color use, combinations, iconography, do and don't, etc.
Which software or tool you use?
Adobe Illustrator CC (Latest Version) as a primary tool and Adobe Photoshop CC (Latest Version) as a secondary tool.
