It is not a single sourced investigation and analysis, so you will be provided with proofs of relevancy and accuracy of the information gathered about the target.
Can you find a person if I have only their photo?
Yes, it's possible. I usually conduct preliminary lookup before I will say if it's possible to find any information out of the photo, or it's too low-quality. If I won't find them, no one else will that cheap.
